hmmm, what can I do with the word Expectorate?

well, I've been sick, so I haven't been up on posting, even though I've been moving towards making twice a week the norm (news to you, I know)... I'm thinkin' Sundays & Wednesdays or Thursdays (Sunday being the firmer of the days).... any thoughts?...
